The Mardi Himal trek gives you the best adventure of the trek in a very short time, The Trek starts from Kande, Within very short period of time without any problem in health you will be 4000m high, The trek is best for sunrise and to have very close view to Mt Fishtail 6993m Annapurna South and Himchuli. Detailed Itinerary

Day 01
Arrival

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel, where you can relax and acclimatize to the altitude. After settling in, enjoy a delicious breakfast before embarking on a city tour. Visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can witness the vibrant rituals along the banks of the Bagmati River. Next, explore Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in Nepal, surrounded by Tibetan culture and monasteries. Return to your hotel for the night.

Day 02
After breakfast then drive to City Tour: Patan and Bhaktapur 1350m

After breakfast, set out for a day of exploration in the ancient cities of Patan and Bhaktapur. In Patan, marvel at the intricate woodwork and stunning architecture of the Durbar Square, home to the Patan Museum and numerous temples. Continue to Bhaktapur, known for its well-preserved medieval architecture, where you can stroll through the cobbled streets, visit the 55-Window Palace, and sample the famous local yogurt, “king curd” (juju dhau). Return to your hotel in Kathmandu for the night.

Day 03
Drive From Kathmandu to Pokhara 850m

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Pokhara, a picturesque city nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas. The journey takes approximately 6-7 hours, offering stunning views of terraced fields, rivers, and the majestic mountains. Upon arrival in Pokhara, check into your hotel and enjoy the serene atmosphere of this lakeside city. Spend the evening relaxing by Phewa Lake or exploring the local markets.

Day 04
Drive to Kande and Trek to Pothana 1890m

After breakfast, drive to Kande, the starting point of your trek. From Kande, begin your trek to Pothana, a charming village that offers breathtaking views of the Annapurna range. The trail winds through lush forests and terraced fields, providing a glimpse into the local culture. Upon reaching Pothana, check into a local lodge and enjoy the stunning sunset views over the mountains.

Day 05
Trek to Forest Camp 2600m

Today, you will trek from Pothana to Forest Camp. The trail ascends through dense rhododendron forests, with the sounds of nature accompanying you along the way. As you gain altitude, the landscape transforms, and you may spot various species of birds and wildlife. Arrive at Forest Camp, where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.

Day 06
Trek to Badal Dada 3350m

Continue your trek to Badal Dada, a viewpoint that offers panoramic views of the Annapurna and Machapuchare mountains. The trail is steep but rewarding, with stunning vistas at every turn. Upon reaching Badal Dada, take some time to soak in the breathtaking scenery and capture memorable photographs. Overnight at a local lodge.

Day 07
Trek to High Camp 3600m

Today’s trek takes you to High Camp, the last stop before the Mardi Himal Base Camp. The trail is challenging but offers spectacular views of the surrounding peaks. As you ascend, the landscape becomes more rugged, and you will feel the thrill of being closer to the Himalayas. Arrive at High Camp, where you can rest and prepare for the next day’s adventure.

Day 08
Sunrise from View Point and trek to Sidhing and drive back to Pokhara 850m

Wake up early to witness a breathtaking sunrise from the viewpoint, where the first rays of sunlight illuminate the majestic peaks. After enjoying the view, trek down to Sidhing, a beautiful village surrounded by lush greenery. From Sidhing, drive back to Pokhara, where you can relax and reflect on your trekking experience. Spend the evening at leisure, perhaps enjoying a lakeside dinner.

Day 09
Free Day

Enjoy a free day in Pokhara to relax and explore at your own pace. You can take a boat ride on Phewa Lake, visit the World Peace Pagoda, or explore the local shops and cafes. Optional activities such as paragliding or visiting the International Mountain Museum are also available.

Day 10
Drive to Chitwan- Jungle Activities

After breakfast, drive to Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich biodiversity. Upon arrival, check into your lodge and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, embark on your first jungle activity, which may include a jeep safari, elephant ride, or guided nature walk to spot wildlife such as rhinos, tigers, and various bird species.

Day 11
Jungle Activities

Early morning awake up then after breakfast our guide will be ready for jungle tour like canoeing ride,jungle walk,then back to hotel.Lunch will be ready after the lunch then jeep ride safari. Evening dinner

Day 12
Jungle Activities

Early morning awake up then start for bird watching tour around 2 hours then after back to hotel then after breakfast,Drive to Kathmandu.

Day 13
Drive or Fly to Kathmandu

Additional Information

It is one of the moderate types trekking, because you are going above the 4156 meters at high. That’s why before you decide to do this trek you have to do some training. You will be walking 5 to 8 hrs a day; you need to have very good shoes. As you are going every day 500 to 1000 meters of altitude, you have to drinks lots of Water. During your trek you might get altitude sickness. Please read the symptoms of altitude sickness. If you have symptoms of ATS please tell our guide, so that he can take care of you.
